Vehicle Surrender
In certain instances, the police working with the environment agency and Vosa make random stops of all recovery vehicles. This is to make sure that every car that is due to be scrapped is supposed to be scrapped and all operators are fully licensed. If we are in receipt of both the keys and the logbook (V5) this is not usually a problem, however if you have lost the V5, we would prefer it if you could complete the form below, print and sign it.
If you do not have a printer, then please write a note giving us permission to collect your vehicle, remembering to include all the vehicle’s and your details and leave this with the vehicle. Alternatively, you could ask the driver to bring a surrender form once you receive a call back.
